Doleen Patricia Lee worked with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda for over 40 years, having had the opportunity to have tenured in several Government Ministries and performed in many administrative positions. Miss Lee retired as Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance. She obtained a Certificate in Public Administration UWI, Mona, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management, MIND, Jamaica and Bachelor of Science in Public Sector Management UWI Cave Hill.
She participated in training programmes (at home and abroad) such as Youth Work, Tax Administration, Financial Management, Labour Market Policy, and Labour Management Relations. Miss Lee served as a member of the National Labour Board and Chairman of the Tenders Board.
Additionally, she has personal interests in Girl Guiding (where she is a Ranger Leader and Commissioner and also a Caribbean Link local Trainer) and in her Church as Sunday School Teacher, Bible Quiz Coach and treasurer of Church’s Pre School. She is also a member of the building committee.
She enjoys travelling, volunteering with special emphasis on planning and helping the youth to develop a status of emotional stability.
