Using the experience and skill of the team at SCP the individualistic and diverse nature of the client base will lead to many differing approaches being implemented. It is the ultimate aim of all our work, to train within the client base in order to provide qualified Peer Support workers fluent in the correct approaches and techniques needed to carry the work forward.
